Kyle Hunt was born October 3, 1991, in Corning New York. He is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and ISSA Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist as well as CPR/First Aid certified and is currently studying Exercise Science at SUNY Fredonia University. With a strong passion for health and fitness he practices what he preaches day in and day out!
Health and wellness are huge aspects of life and should be applied by all of us every day. You owe it to yourself to feel and look great and the best way to do that is through exercise. Exercise not only needs to be a regular part of our lives but it also needs to be adapted to fit each individual. A high level athlete does not need to train the same way as someone who just wants to feel and look better.
The biggest benefit from hiring a trainer or nutrition coach is the ability to reach your goals in an efficient manner. You probably see the people at the gym who work out regularly but always look the same. They spend 5-6 hours a week “investing in their bodies” but no one outside of the gym would know they even worked out!
